Rais Raiyan is a technology sector specialist, who uses immersive technologies and game engines to translate concepts and ideas into engaging, interpretive tools for public audiences.

As a National Heritage Board of Singapore’s Youth Panel member, he leads a project team that designs interactive heritage experiences inspired by popular culture to engage new audiences. Their upcoming choose-your-own-adventure tour through Singapore’s heartlands will offer personalised, self-directed journeys into local heritage.

He contributed to organising the first edition of the National Youth Council of Singapore’s Youth Action Challenge, which empowers young people to champion new initiatives in partnership with government, the commercial sector, and community organisations.
