After working in (digital) visitor research and data curation, Harriet Meyer leads the Digital Education Department at the Baden State Museum.

In 2019, she founded the ICOM Germany Young Professionals Netzwerk, an independent, multidiscipline association of students and early-career professionals in the museum sector. In regular online meetings, the network addresses topics such as diversity, sustainability, digitalisation, and criticism of discrimination. The group actively contributes to conferences through programme input, network meetings, and innovative formats.

Harriet studied European Ethnology, Art History, Art Education and Cultural Management in Kiel, Basel, and Düsseldorf.
