Rozanne Low is a founding member of the National Heritage Board of Singapore’s Youth Panel. A history graduate who was drawn to it through her heritage-related work during her university days, where she was involved in managing heritage trails, and contributed to the Board’s online magazine. She currently develops land policies at the Ministry of Law.
The Youth Panel provides a platform for youth engagement and action in Singapore’s heritage and museum landscape. Rozanne contributed to Singapore’s first Youth Heritage Blueprint, and she currently leads a team on the Panel designing inter-generational programmes, to connect young people and seniors through shared heritage experiences in museum spaces.
