Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the ICOM Foundation is an independent, volunteer-led organisation dedicated to supporting ICOM and museums worldwide. With a growing network of over 1,000 members, it raises funds to power strategic initiatives such as the Red Lists of Cultural Objects at Risk, training for young professionals, support for museums in crisis, and grants for conference participation. In 2024 alone, it contributed €400,000 to ICOM — and continues to expand its impact across the global museum community.
