This session examines the legacy and impact of ICOM Resolutions on museums, showing how they shape institutional priorities and daily practice. Since 1946, the Resolutions have addressed sector challenges, offering practical solutions and advancing ICOM’s mission through capacity building, cooperation, education, and global advocacy.
